Blog Post Two: Dealing with the Nuclear Fall Out
Greetings Friends! Welcome to my second blog post! Thank you for coming back! I want to start today with reflection. I am so grateful that I really have led a charmed life up to this point. I am very fortunate. This new chapter in my life has made me realize this. I was brought up with two parents in a large crazy, but loving family. I went to good schools that fostered a love of learning, and earned an advanced degree. I have two amazing,amazing kids. I have worked in some form of medical role since the late 80’s during which I have helped people through mental struggles. First, as a pharmacist, later, due to my love of holistic care, I have helped to support mental health in natural ways. Not until now though have I fully understood how tough the human brain can be on its master. I can only describe my past life as daily calm seas, and my new life as navigating sudden, uncontrollable waves of life altering storms. In August right after I kicked out my husband of 33 yea
